一、 課輔對象及科目:本校大學部學生(含境外生),對目前修習科目有疑問者(以必修或英語授課科目或首次申請者優先),需於本系統預約或申請,方得執行課業輔導。
二、 課輔時間:每學期第3至第18週(國定假日、補假日及調整放假日除外),每週一至週五8時至21時。
三、 課輔人數:原則上每節課輔最多開放3人預約,若為個別申請者,在經費限制下,將合併同班或同科目內容的申請學生,進行10人以下的小班輔導。
四、 課輔地點:覺生綜合大樓3樓I303、I304或4樓I402,及其他諮商職涯暨學習發展輔導中心(以下簡稱本中心)借用之校內教室。為維護參加課業輔導學生及助教的人身安全,本中心的課業輔導教室(I303及I402)裝設錄音錄影設備。
五、 課輔預約/申請方式及規定:
(一) 請於查詢課輔時間後自行預約,若時間無法配合或欲輔導其他科目,請提出個別申請。預約/申請後需1至3個工作天(不含週六、日)進行審核,預約後請自行至本系統或E-mail查詢預約結果;個別申請以E-mail(優先)或電話通知上課資訊。
(二) 若因故無法於已排定之時間接受課業輔導,至遲須於排定時間之24小時前以E-mail告知本中心或業務承辦人,若未依規定告知,視為無故未到;若超過排定之輔導時間20分鐘仍未到,視為遲到,且當次輔導課程直接取消。
(三) 每學期遲到、取消預約/申請或無故未到累積三次,取消該學期輔導資格。
(四) 本中心負責之所有課業輔導均須經預約/申請核可後方得執行,未經核可(包括學生、輔導時間及地點)的課業輔導所衍生之相關問題及薪資,不在本中心權責之內。
(五) 提出預約/申請不保證安排課業輔導。為顧及全校所有學生之權益,每人或每組之輔導時數,每週以2小時為原則,但本中心可視申請人數及經費額度酌予調整輔導時數。
(六) 每週預約/申請人數有限,額滿為止。
六、 學生於課業輔導期間應遵守下列規定:
(一) 不得與課業輔導助教私下協調安排輔導時間及地點。
(二) 請在課業輔導之前備妥課業問題,並以校內課業內容為限。
(三) 本中心課業輔導項目不包含「代為完成作業或報告」,亦不包含「準備轉學考試、研究所考試或其他校外考試(含各語言檢定)」等輔導。
(四) 每次完成課業輔導後,需填寫「課業輔導回饋單」,並於線上提交或繳回本中心。
(五) 應維持課業輔導教室之環境整潔。
七、 以上未盡事宜,以本中心之公告辦理。
1. Students should make an appointment or apply for any tutoring sessions in this system. Without the applications and the permissions from the system, no sessions are available.
2. The time that can arrange to guide: At 8 o'clock to 21 o'clock from Monday to Friday, from the third week to 18th week.
3. Applicants are limited to undergraduates, including international students. Maximum number of students in one session is 3 in principle.
4. Classroom: I303, I304 or I402 of the Chueh-sheng Memorial Hall, and other classrooms borrowed by the Counseling, Career Development and Learning Center (hereinafter referred to as the center). In order to maintain the personal safety of the students and tutors participating in the guidance, I303 and I402 of the center are equipped with recording equipment.
5. Application Rules:
(1) After application, it takes 1~3 business day(s) (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) to notify students of information by E-mail (priority) or by phone.
(2) If for some reason you cannot attend tutoring at the scheduled time, you must notify the center or related people by E-mail at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you fail to notify, you will be deemed to no-show. If you don't arrive classroom over 20 minutes, it will be regarded as late and the tutoring course will be cancelled directly.
(3) And with 3 times of no-show, the subject student will be disqualified for the services in the entire semester.
(4) All tutoring in charge of the center can only be carried out after an appointment/application is approved.
(5) In principle, all guidance sessions are no longer than two hours each week. The center may adjust the hours based on the number of applicants and the amount of funding.
(6) Apply to end when the hours is full.
6. Students should abide by the following rules during the tutoring period:
(1)Can't decide the time and place with the tutor privately.
(2)Prior to the sessions, get your questions ready.
(3)The content of any guidance session is limited to the regular curriculum. Preparation for graduation school examination, transferring examination, or other off-campus examination is not included.
(4)Every session of the project, students should fill out a feedback form.
(5)It is everyone’s responsibility to maintain the tidiness of the classroom.
7. Counseling, Career Development and Learning Center has the right of change regulations.
一、 申請資格:修習過該課程,且成績優異之大三(含)以上學生。 【若為經濟不利學生,大二以上即可申請擔任課業輔導助教】
二、 提出申請不保證安排授課,將視需求安排上課時間。
三、 課業輔導兼採下列方式進行:
(一) 固定排課:經濟學、會計學、統計學、微積分等科目,由助教登記時間並經承辦人審核通過後,供學生於本系統自行報名,各輔導時段人數原則上為1至3人。
(二) 個別申請:固定排課時間無法配合或欲接受其他科目輔導的學生,可另行申請,每次輔導人數原則上為1至3人。惟在經費限制下,將合併同班或同科目內容的申請學生,進行10人以下的小班輔導。
(三) 線上課程:針對本校學生常有疑問之科目,延請本校教師錄製數位教材,或蒐集現有線上資源,置於Moodle遠距教學平台(https://moodle.tku.edu.tw)供學生重複瀏覽。

(二) 不得代替學生完成作業或報告。
(三) 若申請擔任課業輔導助教之科目已於Moodle遠距教學平台建置「課業輔導線上課程」,請先至平台瀏覽,俾便回答學生相關問題。
(四) 課業輔導以校內課業內容為限,若學生詢問轉學考試、研究所考試或其他校外考試考題,可不予以回復。
(五) 若因故無法於排定時間前來,至遲須於排定時間之24小時前以E-mail告知本中心或業務承辦人,惟具正當事由且經本中心同意者,不在此限。該學期未經請假無故缺席達2次者,終止聘任。
(六) 每次課業輔導結束後,需填寫「課業輔導紀錄表」,並繳回本中心。
(七) 應維持課業輔導教室之環境整潔。
九、 每學期授課時數達20小時,且遵守前述規定之課業輔導助教,頒發感謝狀1紙。
十、 以上未盡事宜,以本中心之公告辦理。
1. Qualifications for application: junior (inclusive) or above students and have excellent grades.
2. After registration, there is no guarantee that classes will be arranged. Class time will be arranged according to the needs of students.
3. The tutoring is arranged in the following ways:
(1) Economics, accounting, statistics, calculus and other subjects are arrange time by the tutor and approved by the Counseling, Career Development and Learning Center (hereinafter referred to as the center). Students can make appointments by themselves in this system. The number of students in each tutoring period is 1-3 in principle.
(2) Students can apply for tutoring. Maximum number of students in one session is 3 in principle. However, due to funding constraints, applicants from the same class or subject maybe combined for small class tutoring with less than 10 students.
(3) Academic assistance online courses: For subjects frequently asked by our students, teachers of our school are invited to record videos or collect existing online resources, and place them on the Moodle distance learning platform (https://moodle.tku.edu.tw) for students to watch repeatedly.
4. Applicants are limited to undergraduates, including international students. Required or English-taught courses or the first application will be preferred.
5. The time that can arrange to guide: At 8 o'clock to 21 o'clock from Monday to Friday, from the third week to 18th week.
6. Classroom location: I303, I304 or I402 of the Chueh-sheng Memorial Hall, and other classrooms borrowed by the center. In order to maintain the personal safety of the students and tutors participating in the tutoring, I303 and I402 of the center are equipped with recording equipment.
7. Salary: According to school regulations, It will be settled according to the actual teaching hours every month and transferred to your own post office or bank account.
8. Tutors should abide by the following rules during the tutoring period:
(1)Can't decide the time and place with the student privately.
(2)Do not complete homework or reports for students.
(3) If the course you want to assist has established an "Academic assistance online courses" on the Moodle distance learning platform, please watch the platform video first, because students may ask related questions.
(4) The content of any tutoring session is limited to the regular curriculum. Preparation for graduation school examination, transferring examination, or other off-campus examination is not included.
(5) If for some reason you cannot guides student at the scheduled time, you must notify the center or related people by E-mail at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you fail to notify, you will be deemed to no-show. And with 2 times of no-show, termination of employment.
(6)Every session of the project, tutors should fill out a record form (paper form) and return it to our center.
(7)It is everyone’s responsibility to maintain the tidiness of the classroom.
9. If the tutor has more than 20 hours of teaching hours per semester and complies with the aforesaid regulations, the tutor will receive a certificate of appreciation.
10. Counseling, Career Development and Learning Center has the right of change regulations.
